Clinic Setting
My large wait room is ready with:
- seating options of at least 2m apart and we ask everyone to keep at least that distance
- even an option to sit outside and enjoy the view on a nice day!
Continuing to Keep You Comfortable
While there is talk about whether the COVID-19 pandemic is fully over or not, this coronavirus is not completely gone and cold and flu season has hit. My goal is to make sure you feel safe and comfortable, so here are my procedures and requirements and feel free to contact me if you have questions or concerns:
Do you need to mask?
No, I do not require that. I leave that up to you. But I do require you to be respectful and considerate of others that you may encounter in my clinic and continue to give everyone their space.
What do I do about my appointment if I’m sick?
If you’re sick, please cancel your appointment and stay home. If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you’ll need to text me to do so.
If you are not sure if you are still contagious because you still have lingering symptoms, feel free to reach out to me to ask if you should come in or not. Sometimes COVID or other infections leave you with a cough or fatigue even though you aren’t shedding virus anymore.
What safety procedures does the clinic still have in place?
– I have HEPA air purifiers in the treatment rooms.
– I still wipe surfaces regularly. While COVID was mostly airborne transmission, you can still pick up other germs through things you touch and then touching your face.
– I still offer masks and hand sanitizer to patients (at the front door, in the wait area, in the treatment rooms).

TCM has a long history of helping strengthen our bodies and minds. Now, more than ever, we recognize the value and importance of keeping ourselves as healthy as possible.
I love seeing my patient in person, but I’m also happy to continue to offer online video consultations for those who prefer that options.
You’ll see that my online booking via Jane app reflects these two options with a video camera icon next to the online consultation options.
