Others explain that the body should be divided into four quadrants (divided from centre and above and below belly button). Other things that could help include:
- rebounding (jumping on a small trampoline) or maybe even jumping jacks
- alternative hot and cold shower to improve pumping of lymphatic drainage
You needn’t do all of the above, but you could choose which you prefer.
