Distance TCM Consultation
If you are unable to come into the clinic, you can book in a consultation by phone or video. A Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultation involves you completing the intake form and us talking about your current health issues, your health history, your family health history, your strengths, your challenges, your emotions, your sleep, your diet, your supplements and medications, your habits, and more.
If you have one or two simple health issues to address, we can book in a 30-minute session.
For more complex issues, please choose the 60-minute consultation.
Treatment suggestions may include:
- A customized Chinese herbal prescription to be drop-shipped to your home or place of choice.
- A tableted Chinese herbal formula you can pick up from the clinic or that can be shipped to you.
- Supplements you can pick up from clinic or that can be shipped to you. Or, in many cases, just a list of recommended supplements that you can pick up at your own store of choice.
- Dietary recommendations.
- Lifestyle recommendations.
Please note that at this time, I am only accepting British Columbia Canada patients because of licensing and insurance.
