I had already posted a video and blog about using some TCM tools at home, but in case you found that video a bit long and you specifically only want to watch how to use press needles at home, here’s your solution.
Some of my patients may recognize these as the little stickers I leave on you at the end of your treatment to extend the benefits a bit longer or for points that may have been too sensitive for me to acupuncture.
Since we’re now in the midst of social/physical distancing and self-isolation due to COVID-19, I’m now sending sheets or boxes of these needles directly to patients with instructions on how to do this yourself at home. If you’re interested in this option, reach out to me about how you can get your own kit.
Note that this video doesn’t cover what acupoints you would use for what health symptoms or conditions. For that, you’ll need to ask me. Or you might check out some of my blogs with videos I’ve recently uploaded with demonstrations and descriptions of some recommended acupoints for certain health issues.
If I’ve already sent you your needles, here’s the “how-to.” Let me know if you have questions. To note, these press needles can be discarded in a regular garbage bin, as they do not go past the skin layer.
