Appreciation Day!
Okay, so I
know that it's really called Valentine's Day,
but isn't it really about showing that you care
for the people around you? I think that February
14th can be a fantastic reminder to spend time
with the people you love most and show your
appreciation.
So, THANK YOU for helping
me to continue to LOVE what I do!

February is also known as
"heart health" month, so I've written a short
blog on TCM and its connection to the heart.
I recently did a talk on
stress and
its effect on your health. Did you know that
stress increases your risk for the #1 killer?
Did you know that increasing your social
connections can reduce your stress? Did you know
that ahhhhhhcupuncture
(read like a sigh) can help reduce your stress,
both in the short-term and the long-term?
I've decided to start
focusing on writing more regular short blogs
about various health topics and I'll send you a
